Today I bring a small routine of exercises to work our core. Core work for a runner is almost as fundamental as specific leg training. With a well-built torso, we can achieve better performance. From my point of view, it's not about showing off abs, but about having toned muscles essential for a runner. Additionally, I show some work with the foam roller and balance exercises.
