Hontianska Parade is a folklore festival. Since 1996 it has been regularly held in the village of Hrušov. The festival brings closer long-forgotten farming activities (manual mowing, hay gathering, manual threshing or with a thresher), baking bread and lepníky in traditional stone ovens, many courtyards with local specialties, lots of craftsmen mostly with craft demonstrations, the Forest Stage or the stage at Vežička. On these two stages, looser programs by folklorists from near or distant surroundings take place. The main stage for the scenic program is the amphitheater where groups like SĽUK, Lúčnica, and soloists like Ambróz have performed. The Friday program starts with the traditional performance of FS from Hrušov and DFS Ragačinka as hosts. On Saturday, the main block introduction is dedicated to presenting Hontian villages.
