The eastern part of the Hutberg ridge is accessible from Klostertal, which branches left towards south shortly after Gutenstein. It is the logical extension of Nebelstein to the west. The mountain is 1170 m high, the summit is forested and offers little distant view. But on the way there are repeatedly breathtaking views of Schneeberg in the south.
