Description:
The Gola del Bilighingios is a short and easy gorge located in the Valle di Lanaittu. A short approach of about 1 hour 30 minutes (about 300 m elevation gain) and easy progression inside make it suitable also for those approaching this discipline for the first time. Inside it will be necessary to overcome 9 jumps (2 bypassable) of which the highest (fractionated) reaches 28 m. Among the various possible exit routes, the easiest to identify and traverse is the one near the homonymous cave/sheepfold. For a group of about 15-20 people of average skill, approximately 3-4 hours are needed to complete it (excluding stops). Have fun.
