Our journey to discover Iceland continues. Today we will dedicate our day to visiting the spectacular Jokulsarlòn Glacier Lagoon where we saw a colony of over 30 seals. Crossing the lagoon inlet we found ourselves at Diamond Beach, the beach where ice diamonds rest. After lunch we headed to SvinafellsJokull, a bay where the ices of the famous Vatnajokull glacier, the largest in Europe, melt. We then passed in front of the famous volcano Eyjafjallajökull which in 2010 stopped all of Europe for days. The day ended in splendid wooden cottages!!!
