Gruppo Velino Sirente, from Forme trail no. 9 through Canale della Sentina, before the channel fully opens at an isolated small tree right directly up, traverse the ridge and descend into the 'incacchiato' channel crossing it, bypassing a rocky rib directly up to the summit. Descent same way. About 6 hours 10 km.
