Description: Today I bring a session from one of my trainings. We are trying to improve in this trail running thing. I've always thought that one should not settle and always try to evolve. Here I leave a sample from one of my training sessions. The sustained paces can be improved, but right now it's what there is. For me, they are a clear reflection of your current fitness level. We start slowly and try to go further. In short, to improve in trail, several factors must come together, one of the main ones is having the mentality for it.
