A super ski mountain! Starting point Vordere Gnadenalm 1270 m on Obertauernstraße. Along the cross-country ski trail to Hinteren Gnadenalm and further to Obere Pleißlingalm and Südwienerhütte 1801 m. Most tourers climb right to Spirzinger 2066 m. We go up the steep mountain ridge left until reaching the open high plateau below Gr. and Kl. Pleißlingkeil. A short descent into the hollow about 70 Hm then through steep slopes and hollows into the summit cirque. Depending on snow conditions either directly with skis to the summit - we had to make ski depot about 30 Hm below and walk to the summit. Kl. Pleißlingkeil 2417 m with 1200 Hm deep view to starting point Vordere Gnadenalm and dreamlike all-around panorama into the Tauern with immediate fantastic Taferlnock and Permuthwand, behind it Weißeck and Mosermandl further to Faulkogel - Hochkönig massif and to Dachstein.
