Lake Volaia (winter) | CAI Cividale

Description:
Started from Collina (Staipo di Canobio). Immediately on the track up to the lake, then just before the trail's last steeper section we turned left into the snow-filled gully we call 'CAI Cividale'. Emerging at the Lambertenghi-Romanin refuge, we then followed the classic trail to the pass and nearby Lake Volaia. After circling the lake, obviously very icy, we descended the normal route.
