Žabljak is a river in Livanjsko polje, in the southwestern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the immediate vicinity of the city of Livno. Its course is 4 kilometers long, and for the most part it flows through the same-named Livno suburban settlement. Žabljak used to join in the field part below the Livno villages of Suhača and Prisap with the rivers Sturba and Bistrica into the Plovuča river, which then flowed across the plain of Livanjsko polje to the village of Ćaić and the sinks there at the foot of Dinara mountain. In recent times, the waters of these rivers are diverted by a canal system to the 'Lipa' retention, i.e., the Buško jezero accumulation.
