This itinerary takes you to a fabulous alpine environment: the Catinaccio.
The itinerary presents no particular difficulties. Both the length and the elevation gain are within reach of almost all hikers. The trail winds along path, gravel road and some sections of paved road. The visit to the Austro-Hungarian Cemetery and the beautiful church of Santa Giuliana adds a historical-artistic touch to this tour. The two most panoramic points are Malga Vaèl and from Baita Pra Martin at Rifugio Ciampedie. For those who want to save energy, you can do the loop counterclockwise taking the Catinaccio/Rosengarten cable car.
