Start in Pichl Preunegg at leisure lake - to Forstau - to Vögeialm and Oberhüttensee 1,860 m - WW 600 HM push and carry section into Ahkarscharte 2,315 m and to summit Lungauer Kalkspitze 2,471 m - DH back into Ahkarscharte and on crisp trail to Giglachseen and hut 1,955 m - on punchy gravel alpine road to Ursprungalm 1,600 m and in descent back to start in Pichl
