This mine, unexploited for many years, is located at the top of Coscollada, very close to the track originating from Collet de la Vallençana that reaches the ridge. Access to the mine is closed with a gate, we assume perhaps to prevent misuse of the space or accidents due to its state of abandonment. Midway through the main gallery the passage is obstructed by sediment accumulation and for this reason we ended the visit at this point. Just at the point where the gallery branches left and right, the main gallery reduces in height and begins to rise steeply until reaching the obstructed point mentioned. The other branches are short and without relevant elements of interest. We were able to verify that the large discharge shaft communicating with the exterior is currently completely obstructed, at least at gallery passage level.
