Via Valpelline access the hamlet Le Ru.
Direction to refuge Crête Sèche, bivouac Spataro, then Col du Mont Gelé. Follow Glacier de l'Aroletta. Pass at the foot of Mont de la Balme, via Glacier du Mont Gelé.
