Following the road to Macchie Piane, at a bend around 1350 m follow a wide road for about 3 km to the water intake (Fosso San Lorenzo) with picnic area, follow the path markers through the forest to 1750 m near a refuge, from there directly to Monte Le Vene, descent by the same route.
