Monte Pindo is an emblematic peak in the ancient Celtic world, their sacred mountain where their gods resided, similar to Mount Olympus in ancient Greece. The ascent is easy along good paths surrounded by unique rocky terrain. At normal pace, it takes about two and a half hours to the summit, where the landscape rewards the effort.
