This is the first of several excursions in the municipality of Forgaria nel Friuli, a splendid area in the foothill zone bordering the province of Pordenone.
An area that, almost from the plain, reaches over 1400m in altitude, offering magnificent panoramic views of the Arzino valley and the Tagliamento that skirts it.
