Lago di Anterselva forms the most spectacular scenery of the homonymous valley in the province of Bolzano. This alpine lake, set among the wonderful peaks of the Parco Naturale Vedrette di Ries-Aurina and characterized by waters with green-turquoise reflections, is located at 1,642 meters altitude and is one of the most popular destinations in Val Pusteria. Although its size makes it the third largest natural lake in Alto Adige, a trail allows its complete circuit. The trail duration is about 1.5 - 2 hours and is suitable for adults and children, as it can be done even with strollers.
