We continue in La Gomera, we continue enjoying. On this occasion I talk about the new 2020 season, which promises to be more interesting than the previous one. Through mistakes and with the help of my coach Dailos García, I'm learning how to train better in Germany and that's why I venture to do more races. You are the one who trains and if you don't plan your goals well, the trainings will also fail. It's important to plan goals in advance and adjust trainings until reaching the season's peak race. It doesn't matter if it goes well or less well.... the important and fun thing is on the way.
