Description: The Nitra Field Railway is a museum narrow-gauge railway located in the area of the Slovak Agricultural Museum in Nitra and is the longest preserved field railway in Slovakia. The basis for the Nitra Field Railway became the remnant of a field railway from the area of Želiezovce in 1984. It was built in 1895 and in the past served to transport agricultural products such as sugar beets, grain, or livestock.
