Wednesday, November 15, 2017 – Reaching 'PREGASINA' (mountain hamlet of Riva del Garda – Trento), we 'interpreted' in our own way the itinerary (initially 422 then 430) which, well marked at junctions, returns to the village after touching the summits: 'Nodice, Bal, Nara and Larici'. Thus we walked long stretches inside the trenches – of the Italian front – active in the 1915-1918 war. The most demanding point was for 'Cima Bal' (classified EE). Then due to the 'video director's' oversight, preceding the group in search of a filming spot, we missed the branch for 'Cima Nara', thus taking the lower path. Continuing mostly on easy ridges, we reach 'Passo Guil', where a forest road (no. 422) leads back to Pregasina. We take advantage of the 'hut' at 'Cima Mughera' to refresh ourselves in the sun with a beautiful view of Lake Garda. But the day still holds a nice itinerary for us: after 'Passo Rocchetta' we take the 'Senter de le Creste de Reanol' very panoramic and for experts. Thus we reach 'Cima Larici' for the last group photo... smiling and sunny. From there, still on a ridge path, we quickly descend to Pregasina.
