Description: Nordic Running is basically running with poles or sticks. It's a sport from which trail runners can get great benefits, since poles are widely used in trail at all distances... ultratrail, marathon, half marathon and even verticals. Like any sports activity, it requires a technical aspect that we must not forget. In this video, I try to explain very briefly the use of poles while running. I hope you like it, greetings.
