The journey continues through the territories of the Transboundary Geopark of the Carnic Alps. We are in its transboundary heart, represented by Lake Volaia, shining clear blue at the edge of the border between Austria and Italy. The lake is protected by Mount Volaia, Mount Capolago which mirrors directly in it, and Cima Ombladet.
