Description:
First mentioned in documents in 1214, Pfannberg was one of the most important castles in the Mur Valley.
The extensive castle ruins are located on a forested hilltop that drops steeply on three sides, and despite advanced decay, a large number of walls and building parts of this imposing structure can still be found, leaving a lasting impression on the visitor.
