Hi everyone,
we meet today in Haute-Garonne in the St Béat valley.
For this new hike, we'll do a nice loop to Pic du Gar and Pic Saillant. Despite their modest altitude, these two peaks offer a superb viewpoint on the highest summits in the area, notably Aneto, as well as the surrounding valleys. Not difficult, the route remains sporty with 1200m elevation gain and almost 7h for the loop. Signposting is good and regular, stay attentive to spot the right directions. The views are really magnificent throughout the route....
