Description:
September 22, 2013. Ascent to Piz dles Conturines (or Cunturines) from Capanna Alpina 1720 m., follow trail 11 passing Col de Locia 2069 m., crossing Gran Plan and upon reaching passo Ju de l'Ega (or Tadega) turn left where the ascent trail to Piz dles Conturines and Lavarela begins. Skirt Lago delle Conturines at 2518 m. up to the ridge at 2885 m.; here the trails split, right to Lavarela 3055 m., left to Piz dles Conturines 3064 m. After climbing the equipped trail reach the ridge and summit enjoying a stunning panorama on the Dolomites and surrounding areas.
