Two beautiful via ferratas in the Nuvolau Group in the Ampezzane Dolomites.
Starting from Passo Giau, the first via ferrata encountered is Ra Gusela. It is a truly short via ferrata, just 174 m elevation gain, but very panoramic and without particular technical difficulties. The second requires reaching Rifugio Averau to summit Cima Averau. Also without particular difficulties and short, about 60 m. From the summit of Averau, 360° panorama on the Ampezzo Alps and more.
