Ring hike to Monte Cocca – Val di Ledro

The itinerary we propose will allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the Ledro valley.

Route
From the parking lot in the center of Pieve di Ledro (660 m), follow signpost 454 and start ascending first on an asphalt road then on a dirt road and comfortable trail. Reaching Sella di Monte Cocca (1360 m) leave trail 454 and follow the trail to Monte Cocca. In about 10 minutes you reach the summit (1404 m). Return along the same path to Sella di Monte Cocca. Here descend the trail marked Mezzolago (unmarked SAT trail). The trail emerges on a dirt road which at a certain point will present a fork: either descend to Mezzolago or stay at altitude towards Pieve di Ledro. Obviously we take Pieve di Ledro, close the loop and return to the starting point.
