Description:
A nice ring tour around Monte Aviolo, starting from the Preda locality, where you park the car and take trail No. 1 of Adamello continuing to rifugio Malga Stain.
After the hut you descend about 250 meters of elevation, then climb Val Gallinera to Passo Gallinera and Bivacco Festa, from there descend to rifugio Sandro Occhi at Aviolo and there are two options to complete the loop: climb to Passo Plazza, or descend to the valley beyond rifugio Cascata, then climb again to about 1900m and reach the church of San Vito and Sant'Anna where the somewhat landslide trail in some sections continues to Pozzuolo (or Pozzolo) up and down and soon you reach the starting point again.
