Schönberg (Wildenkogel) at 2093m is the westernmost two-thousander of the Totes Gebirge. A special feature is its double summit, in the west there is the lower summit at 2090m, while the main summit at 2093m is about 150m further east. The view of the grandiose expanses of the Totes Gebirge and the Inner Salzkammergut is unforgettable under optimal weather conditions.
