Description:
Wonderful natural jewel amid the mountains on the south side of the Dachstein massif.
The wild waters of the Silberkarbach thunder through the rocks of the narrow gorge, offering an imposing natural spectacle. The path through the gorge goes partly over stepped wooden structures following the stream uphill. At the upper end is the inviting Silberkarhütte where hikers can quench thirst and hunger.
