Access is not simple, requiring good route-finding skills and snowpack assessment. The infrequently traveled tour often features good snow and offers continuous skiing, only the lower part is somewhat less skiable due to a persistent avalanche deposit. Optionally, from Forca dell'Alpino, one can ascend to the summit of Creton di Culzei following Ferrata dei 50; the ascent requires excellent mountaineering skills and the use of rope and pitons if the via ferrata cable is buried in snow.
