Description:
Ascent of Aletschhorn (4193 m a.s.l.) in the Bernese Alps. Access by cable car from Fiesch, then tunnel to Aletschgletscher. Overnight at Mittelaletschbiwak.

The bivouac was destroyed by avalanche in 2019 without replacement. Ascent of Aletschhorn is recommended from Concordia hut.
