Description:
Today The Mountaineers are heading to Oberammergau to Kolbensattel for skiing. Kolbensattel has some blue and thus easy descents. First we check the descents at Wankliften, before taking the Kolbensesselbahn up to the mountain station of the Kolbensattelhütte at 1,270 m. At Kolbensattel there is also the option for ski tourers to ascend to Kolbensattelhütte. In addition, there is the possibility to go further to Zahn over free, unsecured alpine ski touring terrain.
