Description:
Plešivecká Plateau - orographic sub-unit and geomorphologically the most significant plateau of the Slovak Karst with an area of approximately 50 km². Its surface forms a highland limestone plateau. The plateau is bounded by very steep edges, the northern and central parts consist of meadows, the southern part is predominantly covered by forests.
