Description:
On the way to Kaunertaler Gletscher. Serpentine after serpentine, we wind our way up. Past Gepatschspeicher, up to the glacier ski area. But not everything goes as planned. The higher we get, the worse the conditions. Snowflakes whip against the windshield. The road ahead turns white. The tires spin. Just meters from the goal comes the sobering realization.
