Description:
The weather is a very important variable to consider in trail running. In the case of Germany, today I discovered another facet....fog+heat+humidity. A difficult combination to manage and if you get careless, you can end up completely dehydrated. On today's route, I had everything.....even an accident. In the end, it was just the scare but...what a pain I was left with. The final result has been very good, up to expectations.
