On the third day, we descend from Gotzenalm to the lakeshore 'Kessel' at Königsee. Since the Landtalsteig was closed, we now take the boat to the Salet landing. From here begins a long ascent over the Sagerecksteig past Grünsee, up to Kärlingerhaus, which lies just behind Funtenseesattel.
