Knee pain and a injury picked up at the start of winter caused me to miss all of last winter! However since the injury I have been active trying to fix my knee pain. This is a short video explaining what I have done and is my personal experience. As mentioned in the video your injury may be different so seek specialist and professional help - best thing I did was go to the physio!
