The Munich extreme mountaineer, who travels mid-August with his partner Basti Haag on an expedition to Cho Oyu, climbs the highest peak of the Alps in eight hours. After 14 hours on foot and skis, the speed mountaineers are back at the starting point -- the Mont Blanc Tunnel at 1,274 meters.
