IONIAN ISLANDS, Greece - Bethany Mercer and Jay Haysey went on an epic holiday paddling their SUPs around the Ionian Islands in Greece visiting Lefkada, Ithaca and Meganisi. All they took with them were their Red Paddle Co inflatable SUPs, a tent and the basic necessities for their two - week adventure. They called them their floating homes.
