From Pico Tempestades descent along the same ridge (Bavarian step) then through Llosás side and Barrancs side past various gendarmes before reaching the foot of Punta Brecha Tempestades (peak with a more orange rock color). Via the second dihedral to the right (Barrancs side), reached by an obvious ledge, we find at eye level a piton securing this IV pitch. Above it there is another dihedral (IV), unprotected, leading to the upper part of the peak. From here descend over broken but obvious terrain to Brecha Tempestades, a place where one feels in another world. From the Brecha exit just to the left of the ridge on cracked slabs III+ (there is an abandoned friend) for a traverse to the left and then via a dihedral to an area where you can unrope. From here you have to find your way a bit to reach Espalda del Aneto. In our case we followed the Llosás side following some cairns (few and hard to follow) which with numerous III steps allow gaining height until finding a dihedral that takes us to the ridge to follow it to the Espalda. From here to Aneto via the ridge and summit ridge.
