A section of the Baracci stream is particularly narrow, walls very close, natural pools of crystal-clear water and reddish-tending granite rock create a truly beautiful environment. For these reasons, Baracci carves out an important space among the 'classics' of Corsican canyoning. The very short approach, easy and brief progression inside (if only the most interesting section is done), added to the exaggerated beauty of an unspoiled idyllic setting, pay the price of excessive 'traffic' from canyoneers, especially 'commercial' ones (those who take people for work) who have an easy task in this gorge. You risk having to do the canyon in single file, with people in front and behind. The gorge is fully equipped with fixed ropes, a Tibetan bridge and a zipline with high-speed water entry. Today it could be entered without ropes. Along the route, several fun toboggans can be slid, but only after checking the pool bottoms...
