Description:
A deep and narrow valley, carved between very high limestone walls that takes on the appearance of a horizontal gorge, connects the valleys of Oddoene and Lanaitho (Lanaittu) belonging respectively to the territories of Dorgali and Oliena. It takes the name Surtana in the portion near Oddoene and Doloverre in the portion near Lalaitho.
