Description: Today I show you what in my opinion would be a basic stair training. For me, they are the ideal workout for any Trail Runner, along with hill sprints and specific strength training. We will start with a brief warm-up to activate the muscles. Once finished, we move on to the stairs. These should be as steep as possible as well as the longest possible. You must pay attention to the condition of the steps to avoid possible falls and injuries while doing the exercises. The sessions will depend on each one, but in principle we could start with three sets of each type. At the end, about ten minutes of stretching and home.
