Circular loop hike starting from parking at Rifugio Pietofana and ascending the scree slope towards Rifugio Ra Valles... continuing on trail 407 to the summit of Tofana di Dentro... from there via the Formenton via ferrata descend and ascend to reach the summit of Tofana di Mezzo... from there I had to abandon my plan to return on foot, extremely hot day and unfortunately I ran out of water so I descended by cable car to Rifugio Col Drusciè... exciting and priceless view of the three Tofane and 360-degree horizon.
