If you think climbing Vf. Vlădeasa is easy, we invite you to hike the ascent route from Cascada Răchițele via Pietrele Albe, as we did on Saturday, December 18, 2021, in very cold but sunny weather. We covered a large section through the forest, where the fluffy snow was about 50cm and created difficulties in climbing. Then we emerged into the alpine meadow, where the wind was blowing strongly and the temperature was -6 degrees. Throughout the trail we were accompanied by a small dog that endured the deep snow and frost!
