The first question climbers ask during a visit is when they can train again and the second is what they should take. The treatments (pharmacological therapies, physical therapies and physiotherapy) are intentionally not precise, either in type or dosage, because they must always be adapted to the individual climber (age, sex, years and climbing level, pre-existing conditions, ongoing therapies, etc.).
