Description: Running in the mountains also has its risks and in high mountains... more so. If we add that I usually train alone, the risk increases notably. You have to enjoy and make sure the training is pleasurable or as planned. But don't neglect minimum safety measures, which in my opinion could be: tell someone close your route, activate any tracking device if you have one, always carry a mobile phone with location activated and data on. Install an emergency app, as well as carry in the backpack items like a thermal blanket, some mini first-aid kit, enough water and food. Don't forget clothing either, since in high mountains the weather is very changeable. What seems like a radiant day at first can change suddenly in minutes.
