Loop tour starting from Frisanchi locality 1088 m (Centa san Nicolò) via trail 432 to Rifugio Casarota 1572 m, and return via trail 442 to the junction with a crucifix then take the unmarked trail on the left to Frisanchi – total 3.17 hours. Suitable for everyone.
